Manchester United a mile ahead of Liverpool

So Manchester United fans have been teasing Liverpool fans after winning a record 19 titles. The photo above shows you how a few Man United fans changed a motorway sign that illustrates United overtaking Liverpool with league title wins. Quality!

The road sign on the southbound M6 near Junction 24 has Liverpool 18, Manchester 19 – the number of times each team has been crowned champions in the English top league. Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United won the Premier League title last weekend by drawing 1-1 with Blackburn.

Another way the Manchester United fans taunted Liverpool fans was by unveiling a banner at Anfield during the Liverpool – Spurs game that had “MUFC 19 TIMES” on it. See photo below from David Buxton.
